Refund Policy
All payments made to Holdfast Mktg and associated contractors are non-refundable due to the time, planning, creative work, and resources allocated immediately upon project initiation. Once any portion of a project has begun—including research, strategy, creative development, production, or communication—no refunds will be issued.
Deposits, retainers, and prepaid packages are also non-refundable but may, at the Agency’s discretion, be credited toward future services. If a Client chooses to cancel a project, the Client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date. For subscription or retainer-based services, cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. A phone call will follow for all confirmations.
Refunds are not provided for delays caused by the Client, lack of communication, incomplete materials, or changes in project direction after work has begun. By purchasing services, paying an invoice, or using services provided by Holdfast Mktg, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
